Hello and Welcome to Sue Lucine's Website
The big news for me in 2008, Liverpool's Capital of Culture year, was being chosen to exhibit at a prestigious gallery in New York, USA.
A real feeling of achievement and recognition. Who knows what will come of it. the possibilities are endless.
For me the capital of culture year was very quiet although I produced some lively work over the year and will be exhibiting it here in Liverpool at MeMe gallery in June 2009.
I find myself being inspired by flowers and friuts and have done several still-life studies. I love natural form the lines are so suggestive, lines twist and turn with a mind of their own.
For me it begs the question "What Immortal Hand or Eye" indeed... and I am delighted with the outcome of these works.
